HOUSESEAL MF should be used where gutter brackets or fittings interfere with face mounting.

HOUSESEAL MF is a single piece flashing which is designed for timber, brick and metal framed sheds and houses with steel roofs (with or without soffits), also for internal verandah sealing. Comes in Zincalume, grey (same as back of Colorbond), and all Colorbond colours.

HOUSESEAL will deter the entry of sparks and burning embers into the roof cavity, and shields the top of timber work from direct exposure to flames. It will help prevent the gutter from overflowing into soffits during heavy downpours. It also provides vermin proofing.Click here for roof pitch gauge
